God loves YOU!
Good evening Heavenly Father. Thank you for clarity! Thank you for bringing clarity to my mind. Thank you for giving us your Word and bringing meaning and understanding each time we read it. Thank you for all the scribes who so diligently, carefully and accurately copied it to new manuscripts over and over again until just 560 years ago when Bibles were being printed with the new printing press! And thank you for allowing me to actually have some Bibles that were printed almost 300 years ago! Thank you for letting me how 150 years ago Bibles were published that were not only accurate but also beautiful, even the front and back covers! (see My Old Bibles). Thank you for your Word and for this scripture to pray over Lindsey, your daughter you love:
Each one of you should give just as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, because God loves a cheerful giver. (2Corinthians 9:7 NET)
Lord, I’m here. I’m here to praying this truth over your daughter Lindsey. Yes, Lindsey, I am praying this promise over you now. I see this as a promise for you because I see you giving of yourself to others with such joy and enthusiasm. I see you stirring the hearts of those who see and hear you. I see you sharing your story about what is important to you. And I see you doing all this because it is in your heart … you can’t help but share your joy with others. And others see this. They see a cheerful GIVER (focusing on you rather than on the giving). And that is a delight to the Lord … he sees this too and he loves YOU just as this scripture promises. Lord, I ask that you shower your love over Lindsey this day. Fill her with your love to overflowing. Let your love in her over flow to others where ever she goes. Let her feel your love just bubbling up within her. And I give you the glory Lord. The glory is not on us but on on you. All the glory. All the time. It all is yours Lord. I pray and ask this all in the name and authority of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen.
King James Version for your reference:
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
God is There With You
Good morning Heavenly Father! What a wonderful morning it is. There is a mist everywhere I look outside. I had to leave my car outside last night because they are fixing the bottom of our driveway and I can’t drive my car in and out of the garage for a few days. And wow… when I got to my car it was soaking wet even though it had not rained. Water in the air just condensed all over my car. Wow … the water appears just like that! How many other wonders have you designed in nature? What an intricate world you created for us. It is amazing how everything is so intertwined and just “happen”. Thank you for your wonderful creation! And thank you for your scripture for this prayer for your daughter you love:
Therefore say to the people: The Lord who rules over all says, “Turn to me,” says the Lord who rules over all, “and I will turn to you,” says the Lord who rules over all. (Zechariah 1:3 NET)
Lord, I’m here. I’m here again. I’m here because I want to be with you. It is hard to NOT come close to you! You are always with me. All I have to do is turn to you and you already are there turning to me. And now I pray this over you Lindsey. Remember that the Lord rules over all. He is THE ruler, THE king! Everything is under him. He is in control. And next I pray that you will always remember that he also promised to be there for you any time that you turn to him. It is not complicated nor complex. The Lord has said, “Turn to me.” You might hear him calling to you, “Lindsey, I am here… turn to me.” Whenever you face troubles, turn to the Lord. Whenever you need help, turn to the Lord. Whenever you don’t know what to do, turn to the Lord. He is waiting to hear from you, to chat with you, to help you. Let this be the first thing you do. Don’t do it your way until everything fails and then turn to the Lord for help. Let him be your first line of defense. Let him be your first string of offense. Let him be the star of your team, for he rules over all. All is his. All the glory is his. Yes, we give him all the glory. Glory! I pray this in the name and authority of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen.
King James Version for your reference:
Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.
God Made You, Redeemed You, Called You and Saved You
Heavenly Father, good evening! What a good evening it is. It is a great evening! Thank you for being with me. Thank you for the new task you have set before me. And thank you for promising to not overwhelm me with it. Thank you for continuing to speak today. Thank you for allowing me to once again pray for your daughter Lindsey, whom you created and formed. And thank you for the scripture to use for this prayer:
But now thus says the Lord,
he who created you, O Jacob,
he who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name, you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;
when you walk through fire you shall not be burned,
and the flame shall not consume you.
3 For I am the Lord your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.
I give Egypt as your ransom,
Cush and Seba in exchange for you. (Isaiah 43:1-3 ESV)
Lord, I’m still here with you. And now I lift up your daughter Lindsey. Lord you have gifted her with so many special talents when you created her. Lindsey, you continue to use those talents and skills that God has given you, day after day, week after week, year after year! I know it is not easy, but God has promised to be there with you. If you ever begin to feel overwhelmed, stop for a moment and ask God for strength. He is with you just waiting for you to ask for anything you need. You are his and he has called you by name. While I can pray for you, it is the Lord your God who is your Savior. And with God at your side, you need not be afraid. There is nothing to fear. God has given you special talents and is delighted to watch you put them to good use. But the glory is his. All the glory goes to God. We give him the glory always. Yes. We give you the glory Lord. Glory! I pray this all in the name and authority of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen.
King James Version for your reference:
But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
3 For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. (Isaiah 43:1-3 KJV)
