I Pray That You Are Praying!
Good morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for another day. Thank you for my breath and my life. Thank you for always being with me. And thank you for the scripture for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)
Lord, I’m here as usual to begin another day’s prayer for your daughter you love. Lindsey, today I am praying that you are praying! Yes indeed, because when you pray, God will listen. If you seek him with all your heart you will indeed find him. God has good plans for you… plans that give you a future and a hope… plans to prosper you. And so, I pray today that you will pray. God is waiting to hear from his daughter! Pray knowing God will answer you. And together let’s give him the glory. The glory is all his. Prosper and find success as you wholeheartedly strive for that which is good and right
Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for a beautiful fall day. Thank you for the crisp clean air. Thank you for the leaves on the trees as they change to yellows, oranges and reds. And thank you for the scripture for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
And thus did Hezekiah throughout all Judah, and wrought that which was good and right and truth before the Lord his God. And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered. (2 Chronicles 31:20-21)
Lord, it’s me. I’m here on behalf of Lindsey, who loves you with all her heart, just as Hezekiah did. She strives to do that which is good and right in your sight Lord. So I ask that you continue to prosper her and make her successful as she goes on her journey, walking wherever you ask, throughout the world. And we will give you the glory. The glory is yours. May God give you wisdom, discretion and understanding
Good morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for watching over me during the night. Thank you for giving me a restful sleep. Thank you for waking me up this morning. And thank you for the scripture for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
Only the Lord give thee wisdom and understanding, and give thee charge concerning Israel, that thou mayest keep the law of the Lord thy God. Then shalt thou prosper, if thou takest heed to fulfil the statutes and judgments which the Lord charged Moses with concerning Israel: be strong, and of good courage; dread not, nor be dismayed. (1 Chronicles 22:12-13)
Lord, here I am again. I’m here on behalf of Lindsey. She loves you Lord. You have placed her in the eyes of the world so I ask that you also grant her a double portion of wisdom, discretion and understanding. Help her to notice when she starts to wander a bit off of the path you set before her. Since so many people are watching her, I ask that you help her to know when things are appropriate and when they are not. And I ask that you give her understanding so that she may understand all that is going on around her. And we will give you the glory Lord. The glory is all yours. GLORY! Each week take a day to rest and honor God as you delight yourself in the Lord
Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for the food I eat. Thank you for what I have to drink. Thank you for sustaining me with your word and with provisions – both! And thank you for the scripture to use for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. (Isaiah 58:13-14)
Lord, I’m here again. I’m here on behalf of Lindsey, your daughter you love. Lord, today I pray a big prayer for her. She is in the spotlight. Wherever she goes her fans adore her and elevate her. In the midst of this unending praise of her ability and talent she may often feel that she can do whatever she pleases. Lindsey, today’s scripture reminds you to refrain from selfish pursuits. Isaiah was asking the people to remember the sabbath the way that God told them to! Centuries later, Jesus took this even further when he told us that the sabbath was made for us!
And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: (Mark 2:27)
And so, Lindsey, I pray that you always will be able to take a day of rest. That rest was designed for you. Rest in the Lord. And may this time of rest invigorate you and restore your energy. May you find JOY in your relationship with the Lord and may he grant you great prosperity. May you delight yourself in the Lord and honor him above all things. And together we can glory God. Blessing: Live Long and Prosper (including Spock YouTube clips)
Lindsey, the 40 consecutive days of blessings ends with one you should enjoy since it was made popular by the Spock greeting on Star Trek saying “Live long and prosper!” (see YouTube clips after the prayer). And so I bless you once more Lindsey. May you live long and prosper!
Heavenly Father, good morning! Thank you for another day, another new day, another new day with you! Thank you for my breath and for my life. Thank you for being with me always. And thank you for these blessings from scripture that relate directly to today’s blessing for your daughter – from Ephesians, 3 John and Deuteronomy:
- Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever. (Deuteronomy 4:40)
- Honour thy father and thy mother, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. (Deuteronomy 5:16)
- Ye shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess. (Deuteronomy 5:33)
- Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (3 John 1:2)
- Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. (Ephesians 6:2-3)
Lord, it’s me. I am here again to conclude 40 days of blessings prayed daily over your daughter you love. Lindsey, today I pray that you would live long and prosper. I pray that it may go well with you and that you would have good health. And we will give the glory to God. All the glory is yours Lord. I pray this in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen

Lindsey, today I pray this blessing over you. May you continue reading scriptures every day and be careful to live by what is written. Then may you prosper and find success in this world.
Heavenly Father, thank you for a mind that can understand. Thank you for a mind that can reason. Thank you for the saying “use your head“! And thank you for the scripture that includes today’s blessing over your daughter you love:
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. (Joshua 1:8)
Lord, it is with joy that I am here to begin the day with blessing Lindsey. She loves you Lord and has publicly declared that she aims to read and study your Word each and every day. And this blessing seems fitting for you today Lindsey! May you continue to read scriptures each day and take care to actually do what is written in scriptures. May you prosper and find godly success. Blessing – Prosper and Success wherever you go
Lindsey, I bless you this day. May you carefully keep the charge of the Lord and walk in his ways so that you may prosper in everything you do and wherever you go.
Heavenly Father, hello! Thank you for the sky… complete with clouds – and not just one kind of clouds but several kinds of clouds. Today the clouds are wispy and are quite beautiful. And thank you for letting me have an extra blessing for your daughter today … a bonus blessing for this February which is only 28 days this year – next year it will be 29 days!
And keep the charge of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself (1 Kings 2:3)
Lord, here I am … needing some rest, some rest with you! I ask that you grant me rest and help me to be refreshed while I set up the bonus blessing for the daughter you love! Lindsey, today I remind you to continue to observe what the Lord is asking of you and to continue to walk in his ways. Then I pray that you will prosper and have success in all that you do and wherever you may go. And we both will glorify the Lord. All the glory is yours Lord. Heavenly Father, thank you for another day with you. Thank you for another day anew with you. Thank you for promising that each day I can start anew. I don’t have to start where my day ended. I can start the day fresh with you. And thank you for the next blessing direct from your word to pray over your daughter Lindsey:

Lord, how nice to come to sit with you again on behalf of your daughter who loves you so much. Today I ask you to bless her that she may prosper and remain in good health. Others can see that your success is with God’s help
Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for light, and how interesting it is when bright light casts shadows. Thank you for how my eyes can perceive depth and distance and perspective. Thank you that I can differentiate between the thousands of colors that I can see. And especially thank you for your Word which has been carefully preserved and translated so that I can read and understand your scripture to use for my prayer this day:
And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him, and that the Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand. (Genesis 39:2-3)
Lord, it is a joy to come before you on behalf of your daughter who loves you so much. Those around her can see that you are causing her to be successful in the projects you set before her. I ask that you continue to be with her this day. Let her know that you are there with her right now. I ask that she continue to prosper in all things with your help and guidance.
