I Pray That You Are Praying!

Good morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for another day. Thank you for my breath and my life. Thank you for always being with me. And thank you for the scripture for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

Lord, I’m here as usual to begin another day’s prayer for your daughter you love. Lindsey, today I am praying that you are praying! Yes indeed, because when you pray, God will listen. If you seek him with all your heart you will indeed find him. God has good plans for you… plans that give you a future and a hope… plans to prosper you. And so, I pray today that you will pray. God is waiting to hear from his daughter! Pray knowing God will answer you. And together let’s give him the glory. The glory is all his. I pray this in the name and authority of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen

NLT:
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.  In those days when you pray, I will listen.  If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me

NET:
For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the Lord. ‘I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.  When you call out to me and come to me in prayer, I will hear your prayers. When you seek me in prayer and worship, you will find me available to you. If you seek me with all your heart and soul,  I will make myself available to you,’ says the Lord.  (Jeremiah 29:11-14a)

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
