(O) God is Omnipotent, the Almighty God

Hello Heavenly Father! Thank you for your many blessings you have showered upon me and my family. Thank you for being our provider as well as our protector. Thank you for being my guide. And thank you for the scripture that tells about you for the letter O … that you are Omnipotent and Almighty:

And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. (Revelation 19:5-6)

Lord, here I am again as I continue to come each day to lift up Lindsey, your daughter you love. And today I ask that you add her praise to mine as we lift our praise to you our God saying Alleluia, our God omnipotent reigns. Alleluia, for our Lord God Almighty reigns! I pray that you would come sit with Lindsey this day, that you would let her see a bit more of your power, your glory, your greatness! Yes, and we in turn will give all the glory to you Lord. All the glory is yours! I pray this in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen.

NKJV:
Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!”

And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!

NIV:
Then a voice came from the throne, saying:

“Praise our God,
    all you his servants,
you who fear him,
    both great and small!”

Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting:

“Hallelujah!
For our Lord God Almighty reigns.

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
