(L) You are Loved
Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for vision with my eyes so that I can to read this as well as my Bible. Thank you for my mind which can make sense out of all the “marks” on the pages to interpret them as words and sentences. Thank you for loving me enough to provide for this as well as speaking to me directly. Yes, thank you for the letter L and the scripture regarding your love to use for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey (which also starts with the letter L):
And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. (John 17:26)
Lord, it is a pleasure to be with you … to come to you on behalf of your daughter Lindsey. Lord, she knows that you love her. She really does. But today I ask that you find a way to make your love for her tangible. Let your love for her be demonstrated to her in a way that she can grasp hold of, with her hands, her eyes or her ears! Let it be really real today. Remind her that when you say that you love her this is not a facebook message nor a youtube comment. This the word of God! I ask this in the name of Christ Jesus. (K) You are Known by God
Heavenly Father, good morning! Thank you for another day with you. Thank you for my breath and my life. Thank you for surrounding me with godly people and thank you for safely putting me in the path of many others. Thank you for knowing me as promised in the scripture for the letter K in today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
But if any man love God, the same is known of him. (1 Corinthians 8:3)
Lord, I’m here again to lift up your daughter Lindsey. She loves you Lord, so we know that you know her! I ask that you remind her today that you know her. Let her know that you know her name. (J) Rejoice with Unspeakable Joy
Hello Heavenly Father. Thank you for letting me start anew. Thank you that every day I can start anew. I can start each day fresh. I can rely on you each day. Thank you for being my guide today. And thank you for the scripture for the letter J for your daughter Lindsey’s prayer today:
Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: (1 Peter 1:8)
Lord, here I am … what a joy to come sit with you today – as I have each morning now. And now it is great that I can say that I come with joy on behalf of your daughter Lindsey because though she has not seen you, she loves you! She loves you and believes in you! And so I ask that you be with her today more than ever and fill her with joy that is inexpressible, that she can’t put into words, totally unspeakable. (I) You are the Image of God
Heavenly Father, thank you for the clean fresh air this morning. Thank you for the warm clothes and jacket so I can go out into the brisk morning air where I can exhale and a bit of a mist appears coming out of my mouth. Thank you for the phrase “you can see your breath”… interesting … it was in the beginning of Genesis that we read how you created men and women in your image:
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:27)
And then just a few paragraphs later we read about this creation in another very interesting way … which relates to how I can “see my breath” … for scriptures say that your breath was life … that you breathed life into man:
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. (Genesis 2:7)
Lord, here I am. Here I am as usual. Here I am as I am each day to sit with you and to lift up your daughter Lindsey in prayer. And today you gave me two scriptures to use for my prayer! And so I pray them both over your daughter and I ask that you find ways to remind her that you created her in your image and that you breathed life into her. Lord, I ask that you breathe a fresh blast of life into her this day. Totally refresh her with new life, new energy, new vigor. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours Lord. (H) You are Called to Holiness
Heavenly Father, thank you for being my provider and protector. Thank you for being my guide and teacher. Thank you for my breath and my life. And thank you for calling us into holiness as in the scripture for the letter H for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness. (1 Thessalonians 4:7)
Lord, it’s me again … here with you as usual when I come each day on behalf of your daughter who loves you. Today I ask that you indeed call her unto holiness. I ask that you protect her from uncleanness, impurity and immorality. Be her guide today as always. Open her eyes to see the path you lay out before her today. And we will give you the glory. Good Morning Heavenly Father. Wow, what a beautiful and extremely bright moon in the early morning sky this morning. Thank you for creating this wonderful world with it’s moon at night and the sun in the day. And thank you for the scripture that is for your daughter Lindsey for the letter G:
For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. (Psalm 8:5)
Lord, how nice to come sit with you again, to find rest sitting with you. I am here on behalf of your daughter you love again today. You have crowned her with both glory and with honor. I ask that as she goes about her day today that everyone she meets can see that glory and sense that honor. Let her carry this glory and honor with her wherever she goes this day. Heavenly Father, thank you for your rest … rest in you regardless of my situations. Thank you for always being with me. Thank you for being my guide. And thank you for the scripture for the letter F to use for my prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. (Psalm 5:12)
Lord, it is a joy to come before you on behalf of your daughter Lindsey who strives to be righteous each and every day. And so today, I ask that you compass her with your favor, that you will cover her and surround her with your favor like a shield. I ask that this shield fully protect her from any attacks the enemy may aim at her. Keep her fully shielded within your favor Lord. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours Lord. Hello Heavenly Father… thank you for another day, another day anew with you. Thank you for the sunrise and the sunset. Thank you for the clouds, the wind and the snow and the rain, Thank you for the changing weather. And thank you for the scripture for the letter E regarding how you are taking care of your daughter Lindsey:
I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: (1 Corinthians 1:4-6)
Lord, it is nice to come sit with you again today as I am here to thank you on behalf of your daughter Lindsey. Thank you for the grace you have given to her. And thank you for enriching her in every thing, in everything she says and does and in everything she knows. I ask that you give her an extra helping of this enrichment this day. Heavenly Father, Good Morning, Good Day, Good Evening and Good Night. All is good when I am walking with you. Perhaps not pleasant, perhaps not easy, but definitely good. And I am delighted that the scripture to use in my prayer for the letter D is one that reminds us how you delight in us:
He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me. (Psalm 18:19)
Lord, I’m here again as usual. I’m here on behalf of you daughter Lindsey. She tries to walk with you where you lead. And today I ask that you let her feel how delighted you are with her. Let her know that you will rescue and deliver her BECAUSE you are delighted in her! Show her your delight this day Lord. And we will in turn give you the glory. All the glory is yours. Good Day Heavenly Father. Thank you for all the many things that I can drink! Thank you for water, but also for tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soda and milk shakes! And thank you for the scripture for the letter C for my prayer this day for your daughter Lindsey:
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. (1 Peter 5:7)
Lord, I am here with you now to pray for your daughter you love and care for. Help her to know that she can indeed cast all her worries and cares upon you because you care for her! Lift the weight of those worries and cares from her Lord. Let her feel lighter as she walks with you. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours Lord.
