Blessing: Grace and Peace to You as God Rescues and Delivers You

Grace and peace unto you this day Lindsey as Jesus Christ has delivered and rescued you from the evil and wickedness in the world.

Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for eyes that see and ears that hear. Thank you for laughter and joy and happy hearts. And thank you for the scripture to use for my blessing for your daughter this day:

Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. (Galatians 1:3-5)

Lord, I am once again filled with joy and am glad to be sitting with you so that I can ask you to bless your  daughter again this day. Lindsey, today I pray that God’s peace and grace will rest on you as Jesus has delivered and rescued you from the wickedness in the world. Focus on the good that you see around you and let others see good in you. Let them wonder why it is that you seem so special. Let it be because God’s grace and peace have filled you to overflowing. And we can give the glory the God. All the glory is his. I pray this in the name and authority of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen

ESV:
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

NLT:
May God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. Jesus gave his life for our sins, just as God our Father planned, in order to rescue us from this evil world in which we live. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
