Be content and courageous every day. Never be afraid for God promised to never leave you.
Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for the new day. Thank you for the reflections in the water on the streets. Thank you for the ripples of slowly falling rain drops in the puddles. And thank you for the scriptures for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (Hebrews 13:5)
Yes, in Joshua he said:
5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. (Joshua 1:5)
And a few lines later he rephrases it:
9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. (Joshua 1:9)
Lord, I am here again and ready to begin a new prayer for Lindsey your daughter you love. Lindsey, today I pray courage over you. This day I pray contentedness around you. I pray that you would be content in any and all situations. I pray that wherever you go, that you would always remember that God is there with you. Lord, I ask that each day you find a way to show yourself to Lindsey, to call to her mind that you are there with her just as you promised. Lindsey, remember that God will never leave you nor fail you so you can walk with courage and need never to be afraid. And all the glory goes to God. The glory is all to God. Blessing: May You Live by the Scriptures You Read Daily to Prosper and Find Success
Lindsey, today I pray this blessing over you. May you continue reading scriptures every day and be careful to live by what is written. Then may you prosper and find success in this world.
Heavenly Father, thank you for a mind that can understand. Thank you for a mind that can reason. Thank you for the saying “use your head“! And thank you for the scripture that includes today’s blessing over your daughter you love:
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. (Joshua 1:8)
Lord, it is with joy that I am here to begin the day with blessing Lindsey. She loves you Lord and has publicly declared that she aims to read and study your Word each and every day. And this blessing seems fitting for you today Lindsey! May you continue to read scriptures each day and take care to actually do what is written in scriptures. May you prosper and find godly success. Continue to Cling to the Lord your God
Heavenly Father, Good Morning! Thank you for a warm room to wake up in. Thank you for a car to drive to church in. Thank you for your church! And thank you for your Word that you left for us as a guide for my life. Thank you for the scripture to use in my prayer this morning:
But cleave unto the Lord your God, as ye have done unto this day. (Joshua 23:8)
Lord, how wonderful to know that any time I wish I can come to you and you will sit with me. Right now I am here to lift up Lindsey, your daughter who loves you. I ask that you sit with her today, that you would hear her prayers and that you would answer her in a way that she knows it is you. I ask that you be with her so that she can see how clinging to you gives her the best life. She has been clinging to you already, she has done this unto this day. Now I ask that you give her added joy as she clings to you today. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours Lord. I ask this all in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen (more…)
A daughter of God
