Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for the new day. Thank you for the reflections in the water on the streets. Thank you for the ripples of slowly falling rain drops in the puddles. And thank you for the scriptures for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (Hebrews 13:5)
Yes, in Joshua he said:
5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. (Joshua 1:5)
And a few lines later he rephrases it:
9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. (Joshua 1:9)
Lord, I am here again and ready to begin a new prayer for Lindsey your daughter you love. Lindsey, today I pray courage over you. This day I pray contentedness around you. I pray that you would be content in any and all situations. I pray that wherever you go, that you would always remember that God is there with you. Lord, I ask that each day you find a way to show yourself to Lindsey, to call to her mind that you are there with her just as you promised. Lindsey, remember that God will never leave you nor fail you so you can walk with courage and need never to be afraid. And all the glory goes to God. The glory is all to God. I pray this in the name and authority of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen
