Hello Heavenly Father! Thank you for watching over my family yesterday. I know you will watch over us today as well. Thank you for always being with us and never leaving us. Thank you for being our guide, for lighting a path for us to follow. Thank you Lord. And thank you for highlighting this scripture for me so that I would use it as a basis for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:
The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. (Nahum 1:7)
Yes, it’s me here before your throne. I am here again to lift up your talented daughter who puts all her trust in you. I ask that you care for her in good times as well as days of trouble. Be her refuge, be her stronghold Lord, for we know that you are good. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours Lord. I ask this in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen.
