(B) Jesus is The Bread of Life

Heavenly Father, good morning! Thank you for another day with you. Thank you for another day praising you in my prayers for your daughter Lindsey. Thank you for letting us see the many aspects of God through your Word. And today is one for our second letter, B. Thank you for this scripture for today’s prayer:

And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. (John 6:35)

Lord, I am so happy to be able to praise you in prayer again this day.  And today I thank you for being the bread of life for your daughter Lindsey. When she comes to you this day, let her not be hungry.  And as she believes in you today, let her not thirst.  Fill her to the brim Lord. And we will give you the glory. All the glory we give to you Lord. I pray this in the name of Christ Jesus, the Bread of Life! Amen

ESV: Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.

GNT: “I am the bread of life,” Jesus told them. “Those who come to me will never be hungry; those who believe in me will never be thirsty.

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
