(T) You are Thoroughly Equipped and Furnished for All Good Works

Good Morning Heavenly Father. Thank you for creating me with 5 senses – sight, smell, taste, touch, hearing. Thank you for creating a world where I can encounter things with combined senses – that I can see something AND smell it at the same time! Thank you for how this makes life so interesting. And thank you for the scripture for the letter T:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Lord, I’m back again. A bit tired, but that won’t keep me away from sitting with you. Help me with my prayer today as you promised you would when we needed it. Today I am asking you to show Lindsey how you have thoroughly equipped her for every good work that you set before her. You do not ask her to do something without first thoroughly equipping her for it. I ask that you allow her to see this first hand for herself today. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours. I ask this in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen

NKJV:
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

NIV:
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
