Heavenly Father, thank you for indoor plants that keep our air fresh and oxygenated. Thank you for the beauty of indoor plants and flowers. Thank you for the many different colors of flower. Thank you for valuing variety! And thank you for the scripture that I can use for the letter X based on the syllable pronounced like “x”:

Even so ye, for as much as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church. (1 Corinthians 14:12)

Lord, I need to sit with you today. I need your help myself and ask that you clarify things around me. I ask for more understanding and wisdom Lord. And of course I also am here on behalf of your daughter Lindsey. She is zealous Lord. She is extremely zealous and so I ask that you find ways that she may excel in edifying and building up your church. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours. I ask this in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen

HCSB:
So also you—since you are zealous for spiritual gifts, seek to excel in building up the church.

NIV:
So it is with you. Since you are eager for gifts of the Spirit, try to excel in those that build up the church.

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
