During your daily reading of the Bible Jesus is there in your midst!

Heavenly Father, good morning. Thank you for my good health. Thank you for showing me how to maintain a thankful heart. And thank you for the scripture to use for my prayer this day for Lindsey, your daughter:

[Jesus said:] For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. (Matthew 18:20)

Lord, I’m here again to lift up Lindsey to you. She has committed to reading your word with others every day this year. I ask that each time she gets together with someone to read your word, that you would make your presence known to them. Let them be aware of you right there with them. Let them know that you are there among them. Let them sense that you are there in their midst. And all the glory goes to you Lord. The glory is all yours. I ask all this in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen

NASB:
For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.

HCSB:
For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there among them.

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
