(B) You are Blessed

Heavenly Father – Hello. When things are a bit confusing, I thank you for being always available for me to sit with, that you help bring clarity and understanding to situations here. Thank you for promising that if I draw near to you that you will draw near to me. And thank you for the scripture for the letter B for today’s prayer for your daughter Lindsey:

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. (Jeremiah 17:7)

Lord, I need rest, but I also know that when I need rest I need to sit with you more, and so here I am lifting up your daughter to you. Lord, Lindsey trusts in you and places her hope and confidence in you. And so I ask that you bless her this day. Bless her in the morning, noon and night. Let her feel your blessing upon her this day Lord. And we will give you the glory. All the glory is yours. I ask this in the name of Christ Jesus, King of kings. Amen

NKJV:
Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.

NLT:
But blessed are those who trust in the Lord
and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.

KJV translation note

The King James Version is a beautiful translation of the original Hebrew and Greek, however I sometimes find Old English hard to understand fully. 1 or 2 other translations can help clarify what it is saying so I can understand it. More Info CLICK: References
